Description
Terraced vineyards, well-drained terroir, ideally located mid-slope. A plot situated north of Fixin, right on the edge of Couchey. Aged for 18 months on fine lees in barrels, with up to 50% new oak.
Fixin “Les Mogottes”
It presents aromas of smoke, violet, blackberry, and black cherry. Above all, it is a fleshy, broad, and opulent wine, yet not lacking in tannic suppleness, with a silky texture. It reveals its beautiful fragrances on the palate and continues to gain depth as it aerates. It will benefit from maturing for 12 years or more.
