Originating from the purchase of grapes, harvested, vinified, and aged by the estate. A very exclusive cuvée. Aged for 14 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 30-50% new.
Chambolle-Musigny
On the nose, the origins speak for themselves as one is met with a refined aromatic profile featuring floral notes (peony, violet, rose). This wine is all about delicacy, akin to lacework, yet it is full of flavor, lingering, subtle, but with depth. Accessible in its youth, as is often the case with Chambolle, aging will bring it greater breadth.
